To begin I would like to say Moonlight Novels Translations are always incredibly shoddy and I honestly dread whenever they pick up a story because I know that it will be hardly intelligible. Like constant changed to how characters are referred to as and just a lot of awkward dialogue or dialogue that is clearly nonsense in context, it’s truly abysmal.The woes of hasty, uncaring, machine translation I suppose.But I don’t think even a good translation can save the story.Overall I think the misunderstandings take too long to get cleared up and skimming some of the spoilers, the twist seems really s*upid and kind of goes against the whole point of the story in a way? I don’t think anyone should waste their time with this one unless maybe it’s picked up by another group (which wouldn’t be worth it) or if you can understand Korean and read the original version. Maybe it’s better that way.
