Tilea's Worries is a well done misunderstanding story. The sheer density of the protagonist (and some of the people around her) can be annoying, but the story itself is internally consistent and the characters are lovable in an exasperating kind of way. You do start to feel sorry for some of the more common sense characters though with how they suffer from all the barely stable chaos happening around them.Spoiler
The reason Tilea is so dense is because she's literally being mind controlled by the demon king inside her not to notice anything wrong. Her surroundings are also controlled so that they don't notice his presence either and anything they think about that could enlighten her is brainwashed away.
