Denei Shoujo Chapter 107 Discussion

One of my earlier threads was vindicated once again: Ai wants to hold Yota, because she loves him far more than just a friend! And her love for him is now becoming too much to bear... but I never expected that she would become jealous of Moemi! Whoa, this is getting good!

I do worry about the line where Ai thinks, "It's like someone else is inside me, giving me these feelings!" If that is true, then that's disappointing. It's much more interesting for Ai herself to be genuinely feeling these emotions of jealousy.

It is possible that she's just overthinking it, and she's simply trying to cope with her own feelings. I'm going to assume that's the case until proven otherwise.

Ai is a great girl, but she isn't "perfect". So although she wants to be selfless, she'll feel jealousy, and she'll wish to have Yota for herself. And I think that makes her all the more lovable. I wonder how she will deal with it? My hope is that Ai and Moemi actually come into conflict, finally, but... knowing Ai, she'll probably sacrifice her own well-being again. Monogamous love is a selfish game, and the sooner Ai learns this, the better.



Meanwhile, I'm not really gonna go into the whole Gokuraku thing; who knows how that will turn out, but I'm mostly just interested in the romantic drama. Sorry! Lol
