Wow. Author seems to be a serious misogynist. Well actually I suppose it could be argued that he just really hates men and thinks women are slightly better? I stopped reading at the end of chapter two after the MC declared his intention to build a team of women only because they were less power hungry than men and would be satisfied with food and some nice clothes...Anyways, the MC seems to be a jerk and probably has other character problems. I'm not trying more to see if he gets better.The world building seems a bit lack luster too. The MC talks about how useful flashlights will be in the apocalypse (light sensitive enemies) and claims that two cities went to war over a battery powered flashlight someone found. Since the apocalypse didn't specifically destroy technology, there should be a large number of flashlights. A single one would never be enough to start a serious conflict.
