Even after the betrayal of itsumi, the MC choose to let her stay in the house but starts to face her with an cold attitude, He would also develop some traumatic experience to a certain part of the house like the bedroom and would even afford to destroy/replace the furniture such as the rocking chair that he share experience with his mother but he continues to destroy it without hesitation as he deem that the memories that he share with his mom has been stain by itsumi. The new fiancée knows her cheating and ask her to leave but then itsumi present her with the video footage of the torture, Fuyuki tells her to move on and enjoy life but she couldn't so she chooses to stay outside everyday while watching the couple head in, making her feel despair but willing to accept as part of her redemption.
I believe she dropped out of school and waited outside everyday with a picture album of them together for around 3 years and her health starts to fallen, by then the MC and the new girl has already gotten married and has a child, She would eventually be forgiven and accepted into the house as she follows them everyday. She has also been scared to love anyone aside from Fuyuki and she eventually would have a baby with the MC but was scared to love him upon knowing that that its a boy and Fuyuki cannot love a boy other than fuyuki so she pass the child to the first wife to take care. She say that she would eventually overcome her dieases
