An actual synopsis for those curious:The protagonist is a rather smart individual who has got various awards and whatnot for their academic prowess, one day they wake up as someone completely different, and everything seems to change alongside them to reflect that, as if they've always been that person, I.e. Pictures and documents change to show their new body and name. Their new body seems to fall under the "brawny idiot" category and they have difficulties doing things they used to be able to do with ease.
