As with any kingdom building story, this novel has the same pros and cons.

The story is about a young reincarnated girl Chuchu. She's an infant yet her family can hear her thoughts, and through these thoughts, the family improve the country in various industries and improve the country strength.

It's an interesting and well written story, but the kingdom building here is subpar.

The main driving point here is using modern technology and modern concepts to improve the country of ancient times.

Chuchu has a system that does a lot of things, but even the prizes are targeted towards improving the country's strength. The only prize she got that enhanced her was a scent power that made people smarter, other than that, most of her prizes and system purchases are books on improving national strength.

So, it gets boring after some chapters, the novelty of the story fades and you only see how similar and unoriginal the developments are to other novels with the same idea of improving an ancient China through modern knowledge.

Chuchu is a cute character, though she's still an infant so you don't see interactions between her and others.

Other characters have a superficial personality.

Interaction are mainly about improving the country, or problems that get solved using the ideas of Chuchu and how it improved the country and so on.

The plot is heavily invested in the problems and solutions for improving the country, it neglects actual heartfelt interaction and it does not let us readers see how the characters behave.

All we read is about how someone heard Chuchu's idea and they implement said idea, there's opposition and face slapping with results most of the time.

Despite the shortcomings of this novel, I enjoyed it.

That's why I'm rating it as 4.

If you're idle and want a lighthearted read where it's about an oblivious little infant that's slipping modern knowledge without knowing anyone listens to her thoughts, only to see her ideas being implemented, and while most of the story is not focused on the baby but rather on other characters carrying the tasks........ Then this story might hit your spot.
