I got hooked in the first arc, but I feel like entering the second arc the author just made the MC less perceptive and not as "all knowing" as he was in the first arc? Like in the beginning of the novel, the MC knew what was up right away, started investigating asap, ect. But in this second arc, he ignores signs that I feel like with his portrayed character in the first arc, he should've noticed. Also don't rly like the ML :/ Like there is no chemistry and he came out of nowhere it doesn't really make sense. Feels pretty forced and rushed. Idk I just feel like the second arc could've been way better but it's not :, <Giving it a 3 star rating cuz I feel like the first arc was good, however the second arc took it down and I can't judge the rest of the novel just from that, so I leave my opinion in the middle. Im dropping it from here but def read the first arc tho I recommend it, and if u continue to like the second arc too, then thats great!
