Fun manhwa and novel. The system possesing a local in a fantasy world rather than a transmigrator or modern setting makes it better. The fantasy setting allows for more creative treatment as the MC could use fantasy alchemy, magic healing, modern surgery, magic, or a combination. This keeps things a bit more interesting.While I love game/admin system medical stories they often feel the same and tend to lose focus midway. Many seem to lack a plot beyond the MC using system to become OP and get repetitive as a result. Dr. Player has a fleshed out background setting with its own plot and direction. This story seems to be working towards an actual conclusion and not just an end goal of becoming OP.
