MC is a lovely piece of work, he's the epitome of a weak protagonist with a self-suffering self-sacrificing attitude. Chef's kiss to the author for another one to the collection.I appreciate that we're at a part where he knowingly positions himself around the center of the plot, wrought with events and battle because he finds life more meaningful with his connection to the Hero. MC does have a weak constitution, and works his body to the expense of other people's worry and his own growing sense of helplessness. The contrast between his own agency and weaknesses is why I enjoy these types of stories dearly. And by far the world building is phenomenal - currently they've answered things like why does the MC have a weak constitution, what's going on with the original Nathan, etc. It's a comprehensive story that's written more like an actual novel than a webnovel with it's use of imagery and actual descriptions of the color and vibe.
