Interesting premise in that the MC has to hunt other protagonists. However, the novel is crippled by it's inability to properly incorporate power creep. All the benefits and abilities that the MC receives feel inconsequential and left by the wayside and oftentimes he can clear missions without relying on his newfound abilities at all. The MC is more intellectual than your average protagonist but even he makes questionable choices here and there which leave you scratching your head.The fact that the abilities MC acquires from other worlds are inconsequential make the journeys themselves feel inconsequential. It's not very satisfying either when the MC has to work tooth and nail for every inch of profit where other people from his world are well beyond the MC without ever having had to lift a finger. It feels lazy and unmotivated.
