I rate this a 2, I think I might’ve clicked three, but it’s truly awful. I’m usually someone who doesn’t mind the type of novel that’s purely for entertainment and I lower my expectations even more for these types of novels, but gosh I couldn’t get past the ML. I read this thinking that he couldn’t be as bad as some of the other commenters mentioned, also no, the ML is horrendous and I say this as a person who generally overlooks a bit of red flags. Boy this man constantly harasses the MC and it never gets any better, heck he Spoiler
fractures the MCs arm towards the end of the novel.
[collapse] I would have been able to overlook his earlier behavior if he had treated the MC in a more loving manner and I continued the novel in hopes it did get better. No, just no.
