You Have to Repay Your Savior Chapter 10 Discussion

Written/translated in a way so that everything kind of feels like one long flashback, with inconsistent quality.

All the characters are rather frustrating to read about. MC is annoyingly humble, but even more frustratingly unable to set any boundaries.

The Princess and ML are keen to force the MC into a (very dangerous) role for their own selfish desires, and ignore her wishes at every turn. Other than the flattery they heap upon her, neither one has much personality or redeeming qualities.

So far this doesn’t read like a feel good story, nor anything with any kind of tension or mystery, even though that’s obviously what the author is trying to go for. I’m ten chapters in, and I have been given no worldbuilding, nor interesting characters, or even cute fluff to motivate me to keep me reading.

I think it would’ve been more interesting if the princess died, to be honest. 1.5/5
