Children of the Holy Emperor Chapter 150 Discussion

Was a nice read and unique in its own right as you can probably tell from the summary, however where I'm at currently (C150) it has kind of just devolved into one of those classic 'everyone believes in the main character to handle it' kind of scenarios...

i.e, "Oh main character is on it? Then it'll be alright." / "Oh he said this? Then it must be true." (This is how it felt for me at least)

Each child of the emperor is actually quite fleshed out and given their due screen time but ultimately they just end up being the entourage to the main character (so far!) who somehow despite being in a family with very overpowered members ends up the chosen one/main character if you will.

The first maybe 10 or so (a little bit more or less) chapters were a slog to read through though since it felt like too many unexplained things were happening causing it to read as more confusing than foreshadowing. Later on the pacing gets better when the we're just tackling one issue at a time though.
