This story is very much underrated, even by other reviewers who gave it 5 stars. The immature title or description does not do justice to this complex story at all. You won't be disappointed in giving this story a try. The first 20 chapters alone is great.The sheer amount of effort put into several different perspectives and factions, the schemes and underlying motivations that are revealed from all the characters. Even the most heralded novels here don't have so much story behind a handful of different characters: Spoiler
protagonist, his elder, the first servant, the young lady, the hunters, the vampires
[collapse] including the players and their small in-groups; it's insane how fleshed out and real these characters are all within ~50 chapters.If the pacing is slow, this is beyond a good excuse for it.
