I'm dropping this novel here. It's not bad, but it's not something I enjoy.Firstly, the ML is very nice and kind, but there is very little romance. In fact, romance doesn't even take a back seat - it's walking.Secondly, I don't enjoy reading about people going through hardships just to have enough to eat and wear. The fl's in-laws were disgusting people and it made me emotionally exhausted reading about the horrible things they did.If you enjoy reading about hardships and despicable people, you'll enjoy this - no judgment. It's just not entertaining to me.
