The MC is not exactly an amoral sociopath but he definetly puts himself above others. He has women but he's non commital towards them. This story has kind of a weird setup. It's his third life but he's utilizing a new cultivation technique so the previous experience doesn't really help, but at the same time his cultivation technique is basically a passive one that grows steadily with very little actual input on hispart so it doesnt matter. He rarely gets into conflicts with others and when he does, if its a non-physical fight he often gives way to others while planning for the long term. he isn't above holding a grudge but will also give way if propperly compensated. Any time theres 'real' danger the other side notices his spiritual sense is much stronger than it should be and psyches themselves out. This happens multiple times, draining a lot of the tension from the story.I guess you could say it's.... realistic? It's not a bad story but it's not really an exciting one, nor is it a comedy. I struggle to describe it as a drama either. The tags claim theres romance but romance is not the genre. Chinese slice of life stories are just built different I guess.
