Quick Transmigration: The Second Female Lead is Poisonous Chapter 51 Discussion

Based from the comments, it seems that the ML in this novel is more yandere than most considered 'yandere' in this site. That being said, I love me some yandere ML, like how everyone else here probably does, buuuuut plot wise, this novel was a bit so-so to me.

It's not bad, but it's also not the best either. The first arcs were good but it was too short for my liking as well as it was a bit fast-paced. So far I've only finished the first two arcs;

in the first arc our MC is the famous daughter of a well-known individual (i forgot her father's role but its an important figure anyways lol). She's supposedly the fiancée of the OG ML but as the title suggests, her role is the second female lead so her mission is to capture the second male lead as well, which is the OG MLs secretary. In this one, they met for like barely two days he was so cold, mean and rude to her despite knowing her identity and all of a sudden just because she saved him. From a fallen vase that didn't even hit her btw, he suddenly changed his opinion of her and all of a sudden he's also in love with her I just -.- I do love their role combination, with how the MC was the one that initiated first and ML was so rude and indifferent but soon liked her as well, I just didn't like how all of that happened in just two days omg. I mean, could you really get obsessed that quick to someone you didn't even liked? I guess that would have been possible if they have a bit of history before like they've met or is acquaintances but they literally just met for the first time and two days later he's already obsessed :o not that I hate, I don't hate it or anything it really would have been much better if it was slow paced than two days omg.

in the second arc; again our MC is the second female lead that is also the most beautiful known woman in that world as well as the fiancee of the OG ML and is meant to be just a pretty vase or something since she doesn't have the OG FLs halo. OG ML is the crown prince and OG FL is the MCs step sister, a daughter from a concubine. Long story short while OG ML and OG FL played in the war our MC was kidnapped and taken as hostage by another country's emperor in disguise which is also the second male lead so as her mission she also needs to seduce him. This time their pace was a bit decent than the first arc they've been together for a quite while, not that long like a year not even a month, maybe just a few days but still longer than two days from the first arc so that's improvement already LMAO. The issue here that I see this time is that the ML was really indifferent towards MC he was like, 'she's just like all those noble girls, pampered since born, doesn't know how the world works, and is dumb enough to trust a man's word'. But then out of no where when he released her and a few days passed by, not sure how long maybe a month idunno, he suddenly came back but now as his real identity the emperor from another country, suddenly asking for her hand in marriage. Idunno I was confused since the reason why he went to MCs country in disguise in the first place is for the OG FL and all of a sudden just because of their small interaction he really 360'd and liked MC instead I'm confusion really -.-

I'm currently in ch50 but I stopped for a while. Not gonna drop it since I like gist and all I just don't like the pacing so it's stressing me out how fast everything is going on LMAO Just barely chapter 48 and we already finished 2 arcs that's so unusual to me with how short it is so yeah xD ALSO, the title itself said 'the second female lead is poisonous' but let's be real, where's the poisonous part. Two arcs in and I haven't seen any face slapping moments just MC being sweet and naive like how the original character's were then ML just being charmed by her I really don't understand the logic. And, MCs character kinda confuses me, it's not really consistent. Whenever she's choosing another story world to enter, she gives off this vibes that doesn't care about anything and is all doing this just to complete the tasks, but once she enters the worlds all those vibes would disappear, as if she's really the original character herself just with the additional knowledge of the plot from the system, but so far she's not really doing any changing or shit, the only change is that she goes for the second male leads but that's that, no scheming or anything, would even easily fall for any dumb trick the ML would do I'm just so confused how is she poisonous.

Idunno I guess it could have been for future arcs, but so far just in my opinion, I'm not really that intrigued with MCs character aaaaAA I do hope that changes tho.
