Transmigrated Into the Violent Boss’ Little Mermaid Chapter 45 Discussion

Utterly boring, the pace is very slow, the characters interactions are well, not much, but on the nice side of things, but it’s also over predictable, the MC becomes a little boss and the overbearing boss his... servant ?

there’s really not much in terms of plot (as mentioned before)

there’s sadly also very little interest to the MC being a mermaid (obviously he soon can talk and change, sooo... he’s OP ? That’s it ?) - the jump from screaming eee ee ya, to normal talk and back and forth is quite hard to endure for my brain : sometimes somethings are better when they are earned (how about pondering about the differences in vocal system ? How about mermaids are melodious or suposed to be... there was many more ideas and lores to get inspiration from ?

you are in a typical « one character show », and that’s probably the worst part : there’s no character development, but in fact there’s no character at all, the side are non existent or either idiotically mean or s*upid, the main are just... non described ? The MC is a rambunctious op plot solver with an incomprehensible relationship to the ml, and the ml... actually, we don’t know ? Seriously I mean, there’s really nothing he’s got one bad expression for everyone, and a good one for the MC - the end

To feel the empty, you have to add pet / baby care - You also can’t escape a ridiculous consumer’s fever, loads of loosing time about jewelry (for fish ?) bomb batth - not to forget food time (the thing that happens three times a day) so yay : you won’t miss your usual cakes/ cooking spree, and the bitter food supplement because we can’t live without nursing episodes ! You’lleven have sleep and health management with plenty toys, in case too many of your brain cells survived... it doesn’t make sense and it’s dead boring - not even mentioning how a strawberry bubble bath would actually kill anything fish (!)), or how transforming to human would hardly waranty it’s safe to pig out on all kinds of chocolate cakes knowing you’ll turn back into a palm side fish a few moments later - More nonsense

The ultra modern era of space ship won’t save the ML from slaving to wash a fish ball, that fish tank is made of breakable glass (it happens twice !!), it doesn’t seem to matter that the ML carries the full tank around like nothing, while it probably weight at least 200 pounds of glass + water (see how to calculate tank size compare to number of fish cm)

Did I mention there’s also a common and weird (pathological ?) addiction to « cleanliness » - actually a human being. - like any living creatures - is symbiotic with many many bacterias (count more dna than yours and no les than 5/6pounds per human inside and out !) we can’t live without them... and neither can fishes : that’s why you wait a very long time before adding fish into a new aquarium : you wait for bacterias, and this is also how changing all the water of the gold fish will unmistakably kill then sooner than later -... But there you go, disinfect, wipe (toxic and polluting) and so on... of course, despite this being the actions of the MC, you need to add that the ML is germaphobic -> this is a serious disease !

so, well, nice idea, I read in the comments I could expect yo enjoy the beginning, from someone who dropped at 35, it became boring much sooner, as I mentioned, it’s quite empty, and filled with ridiculous nonsense that becomes more and more unbearable as the MC turns more and more into a sassy and fake little tyrant (don’t tell me it’s cure, I wanna barf) , in the end, even as a bed time story it’s just too bad to endure :/
