As far as Academy Transmigration novels go, this one is pretty basic. It suffers from the same syndrome as 'Abandoned by my childhood friend, I became a war hero' where the early chapters are pretty bad. Albeit on a much smaller scale. This is due to the convoluted plot which just seems to be a way for the author to make MC both a regressor, AND a transmigrator. I don't really have much to say. There are certain places where the story drags a bit and the mini-arc's payoff aren't very good but they're kinda just nitpicks. They miraculously manage to make a goody-2-shoes MC who is realistic, likable, doesn't seem ret*rded. (I'm looking at you Ian Percus). Usually a flaw such as bad early chapters would be enough to drive it down to a 4 star but it's saved by having one of the best main (?) heroine in KR novels.Marie is best girl. Marie is love, Marie is life. Amen
