I have really mixed reviews on this one. Initially, the MC is clever, morally gray but not enough that anyone dies from his tricks unless they target him first.The unfortunate part is that he's portrayed as dazzling and smart, capable of turning the tides for victory but in reality I feel like every side character is just kinda dumb. They exist to make the MC look good but realistically I don't think every character would have the sheep-herd mentality of falling for these tricks.The thing that irritates me the most is that the MC is supposed to be reasonable smart (I'll brush aside the fact that every side character is naive and dumb compared to MC) but MC doesn't make reasonable choices when it comes to ML.ML is Spoiler

[collapse] which doesn't make sense to me. No idea how MC suddenly gained that kind of confidence. And stereotypically, the ML gains more interest in MC trying to kill him. I'm sure everyone has seen this kind of plot before.The ML is another problem. He's possessive and a yandere but that's all he is! If you've seen one yandere you've seen them all. He's so stereotypical.Sometimes I feel like the MC and ML act a certain way to each other just because the author wants an enemies-to-lovers dynamic. It just feels a little forced because the character settings and logic doesn't always follow through.Apart from those major issues that annoy the hell out of me, the story is fairly good; the instances are easy to understand and (at least the initial) instances/story arcs were really good. I just find it a shame that it gets kind of repetitive and generic after the beginning.
