I don't know what rating to give yet, but I have something to comment on...In those 10 chapters that I read, the only incompetent individual is the MC... all side characters are surprisingly competent and want the better for the empire, (this is more unreal than the system), and even those who wanted to get raided of the emperor have a legitimate reason (he was a useless guy after all).Anyway, it is not a bad start but this is not enough to trust the rest of the story.
