MC got reborn as the crown prince of a small kingdom in the world of One Piece, along with a lottery system. As his reputation increased, he could roll the lottery to get treasures such as bamboo copter (Doraemon), saint's clothes (Saint Seiya), biological specimens, high-tech blueprints, Pokemon creatures, Seireitei (Bleach), a whole ninja village (Naruto), etc.The story had interesting premises, but I personally disliked the system. The system brought too many overpowered individuals & techs that could destabilize the world in an instant, without proper costs and/or counterbalance. And all of them somehow obeyed the MC without any character development.I also disagreed with lots of MC's unnecessarily bloody decisions, his fake friendship, his harem acquisitions, etc. And so, dropped this novel halfway.I actually wanted to rate it 3 stars. But... well, it was actually not as bad as other 3-stars novels. MC was a typical conqueror-king who would do anything to expand his power. He was also smart enough to bypass World Government's oversight using political tricks & spies. Some people might enjoy it, though I would not recommend it to original OP fans and anyone who hated betrayal.
