This is the character I wanted to play in the RPG Traveller. The mans got cash, guns and girls and he's not afraid to use them. A gripe I have of most of the novels I read is the constant action; the sword of Damocles is always over their head. Don't these people take a vacation, have a hobby; a chapter were they hit the can and have some random thoughts. I think this novel is a pretty good blend of action and slice of life - so beat down the bad guy, pull into a new system, grab the girls and your wallet and understand the meaning of a Mans Romance.
