Read this if you want to read about an idol story, not any other reason. I eventually started skipping the idol chapters because I frankly didn't like them, to progress with the personal story, but I got 7 volumes in and decided I no longer cared for the story. At the point of the story I am, I think the only reason the gender ratio difference exists is to provide MC with worship, because the author has a fantasy about becoming a loved idol and wants a scarcity of rivals to achieve it. All other aspects of the story take a backseat to the idol story, and I frankly don't think being an idol is that compelling of a story, and this is coming from a person who likes stories about isekai farming...
