Honestly, I really liked it. I like MC and ml's personality, ML is the typical golden retriever, and our MC is a black cat, I would say. I was very sad because the story is about the development of ML, and everything that ML is going through now are things that MC has already gone through, and that makes me feel a little bad, I am genuinely sad about MC's past. Anyway, I love how they are getting along and how their relationship is progressing, I feel that if the MC's personality was different, the story wouldn't fit as well and he wouldn't fit in with ML, and the same goes for ML, if If his personality wasn't the way it is, I feel like he wouldn't fit in with MC. Honestly, I feel happy not checking the reviews, since I always check, there is a review complaining about ML's personality, and obviously, each person has their own opinion, so I'm not saying that the person is wrong, but if I had read this comment before reading, I would most likely have dropped it lol, ML's personality is what always makes me drop the novels, but I liked this one
