Accidentally Entangled with the Rich Chapter Completed Discussion

I MTLed but barely understood the story. Anyway, it wasn't an enjoyble read. Thought it was a fun, light-hearted read, but not at all. I was left feeling frustrated all throughout.

FL is a damsel in distress. I thought she was going to overturn and work hard to faceslap her "sister." Instead, she became the ML's doormat. She kept upholding her righteousness, refusing to retaliate agaisnt her sister who literally sent people to ruin her life and kidnap and r*pe her. She would say she'd never let the biological go, but never did anything. Her inaction resulted in the death of her adoptive father who loved her very much. I got tired waiting for the character development that never happened and skipped chapters.

ML is an a**hole. PERIODT. There's nothing likable about him. He treated the FL like a doll. It was his way or the the highway. He would get angry if the FL talked to him, asked after him out of concern, or even just shared her opinion. FL was basically coerced into a carnal relationship because she had no way out. Every time he slept with her, it was basically r*pe. She was scare of him and was unwilling. She basically only fell in love with him because she had no one else to rely on, and he was her first.

I only completed the story to know what happened to biological daughter, but I could barely understand the MTL. A waste of time really.
