Edit: I believe that the translators for this are using AI like chaptgpt to translate. There are chapters where pronouns for the teachers are mixed up that it can be confusing if they were a boy or girl. I checked their other novels like "My Beautiful Teacher and its synopsis in novelupdates and in the site scream AI. It is an enjoyable novel, not perfect, if you keep trying to find anything wrong with it you can poke holes, but it is fun and you don't have to turn off your brain to enjoy it, unless turning on your brain means nitpicking every single detail of the novel and point out anything you think is unrealistic. Even the guy, satoshi 1, that says it is boring after 100 chapters read it for 400 chapters.Idk if the person, kroksha, that rated this 1 are projecting to everyone else about self-insertion. Kroksha rated another novel, Genius Warlock, with an apathetic MC that starts to have emotions and says it is not character development but ruining the character (he likes apathetic mcs) meanwhile calling the MC of Surviving as a mage in the academy as characterless. Take his review with a grain of salt.Dante 7555 seems to forget that most of the students were pampered 15 year olds. He can make good points about the mc's capabilities of the early part but seems to treat the students like adults. He has some good points like learning swordsmanship but calling the MC normal is not accurate, only the MC likes to call himself normal but as the story progresses you see how abnormal he is. His review is not as bad as Kroksha but it is too harsh and it seems like his review is influenced by his frustrations from other recent novels he read with him saying "I also just noticed that it has over 990 chapters and is still ongoing. Call me crazy but a dumb low quality story with no focus and no substance having almost a thousand chapter and counting just fits a certain kind of genre of novels." Honestly similar to my reviews on crazy MCs so try not to take this review to heart (if you see my review on Villain Hides His True Colors take it with a grain of salt as well).
