You can tell the person who made the title did not read the book. As animals would never set foot near a creature such as Yi-Han.

The story is quite good a interesting twist on academy novels. If you have ever read insane litch its like that story but from the perspective of the students. A madman Litch owns the academy and will play extremely annoying and dangerous pranks on you. Have fun.

The character is also decently well written and kinda fills out an aspect you don't nessarly think about with these Shonen like "work hard to ultimate power" type characters in that the academy has a normal amount of work that could be expected of a collage institution. So doing "everything" in the stereotypical way would just lead to extreme burnout and stress. Which I enjoy.

The politics are nice as well as it focuses on more realistic teacher student politics well also refining the stereotypical concept of making every noble equal. Taking what is common in most settings to its logical extreme. Everyone is equally oppressed under the system causing shenanigans. I think the only other book that did this was a dark magic cultivation novel where this was how the sects functioned. So neat.

I would say that a lot of the side characters are decently stereotypical. You have the fat fren a lot of basic love interests (that the character mostly ignores in true Shonen fashion) and a lot of stereotypical goons to cause conflict. The professors are actually interesting and the author seems focused on making them quite interesting. Although the novel likes to take a monster of the week approach constantly adding new professors and new magic schools that the main character supposedly knows. And some of them do fall through the cracks. An attentive reader would probably hate such a thing.

I would say, book neat, I have to go to work now.
