It's a very fluffy and cute novel. Don't expect too much out of it. The main draw is that the ML is completely shameless in front of the MC instead of keeping the cold and stern General personality. The MC is also not a complete pushover, but able to firmly stand his ground and has his own social circles separate from the ML.

Translation quality: It's MTL. I don't think the MTL is even edited. There are a lot of confusing sentences and pronoun confusion making it harder than it needs to be to read such a simple novel.
