First off, this novel is EXTREMELY slow-paced.I'm usually fine with slow-paced novels, but this one was exceedingly hard to get through as there are too many characters introduced way too soon. These character introductions can take up an entire chapter and ruins the flow of the story.As of writing, there is 66 chapters released and I dread reading any more about the backstory and motivations of a character we have barely been introduced to.While the dynamic between the MC and their daughter is very cute, there's not enough substance for me to continue reading.Because of this, I recommend waiting until the chapters pile up before starting this novel. The side character introductions are mostly skippable as they don't seem to affect the story as of right now.Tldr; This story isn't for me. There's a lot of media out in the world that do a better job in portraying the theme of the GB idols. The parent-child dynamic was the most interesting part of this novel, but it was barely there and wasn't enough too hook me.
