I didn't see any reviews to help my decision to read or not, so I'm making sure to leave one as I read.As stated in the first chapter and description, our MC is named Ye Xiao Xiao. The story starts when she's already dead, regretting her love choice, and a system named Xixi offers to bind with her. Typically, the tasks she'll have is to complete the wishes of the original owner in various worlds, which apparently means gaining the ML's affection.I do like that right off the bat Spoiler
they define that when she completes her mission, a duplicate of her is left in the world to live out the rest of the host's life. It would have been ok learning this at the end of the first arc too, but it's kinda nice that it's stated up front.
[collapse]End of first arc, my reaction is... it's fine. I don't particularly feel attached to the characters, nor do I dislike them. It more feels like we barely got a chance to know the characters before the arc was over. And because of the setup, there's not much fluff? I'm not sure why this is tagged early romance, unless that happens in later arcs. Next arc is more than double the length, so maybe this was just a setup arc?
