I thought it was a JP novel at first, given the artstyle and world setting, but surprise, it's a legit Korean novel. This one's gold—I didn't expect much after the synopsis, but by the end of the first arc, I was blown away. The comedy's on par with Konosuba, and I'm cracking up every chapter. The plot's a wild ride.MC's just an ordinary human, no magic, but he's adaptability on steroids. Despite being chased by yanderes ready to chop his limbs off, his life's oddly carefree, or maybe just insane. He's into torturing people for money, but it's supposedly beneficial for them – their skills grow, but they go through hell. They're traumatized by anything silver.Even though he's not overpowered himself, he's got connections everywhere: nobles, royalty, evil organizations, elves, and even dwarves. Dude's got rare materials like mythril, important seals he swiped from nobles' treasuries, and access to elf magic thanks to a yandere high elf.How does he escape those yanderes, you ask? He made an ultimate weapon – the Metal Bat, aka the Goddess Arcadia. It's a shape-shifting, pain-inducing nightmare. Gods can't even handle it. There's also a younger sister, Wooden Stick, that still traumatises his disciples.Despite the carefree vibe, this guy's a mastermind. Lost his parents in a fight against the hero and demon king, lived as a bandit, and despite no mana, he's a top-tier swordsman. Defeated the kingdom's strongest swordsman with one hit, who was basically a superhuman. His sense of danger's on point too. Noticed the imperial princess going yandere, ditched the palace, and dodged her for 10 years. Almost all the female characters he knows are yanderes, psychos, or lack common sense. Males are somewhat normal, but still not entirely sane.Overall, it's chaos and comedy, not serious at all. Reminds me of Log of the Crazy Lich or The Eminence in Shadow, but it's got its own charm. Sadly, only 60% translated after 6 years, but I'm definitely waiting for more chapters.
