In short MC is super OP from the start (basically everyone has magic power that is quantified the strong are around 50-90 pretty much no one has it in the hundreds and MC has over a thousand from when he's just born), he early on knows what the villains are planning and doing but always chooses to do next to nothing cause he's to lazy to bother.

So a lot of the story just revolves around the MC lazing around while complaining that he doesn't wanna do anything and then mostly just stops the bad guys cause their bothering his nap time.
