I'm really liking the story so far. Well translated and easy to read is also a plus. (One very minor annoyance for me. Either math is not the author's strong point or some numbers got mistranslated. 1 book every ten minutes times 10 hours a day equals 60 books a day. 60 x 365 = 21, 900. That is far more than the 4, 000 she is said to have read in that year. Once I noticed this my OCD kept nagging me.) (update: The translator has double checked the raws and it's definitely 4, 000 in them. We'll just have to assume either author error or she spent 4/5ths of her time in the library doing other things besides reading.)
