she and her mother was abandoned and being empress can save them from that situation. Yeah.. Pretty sad. Make you want to root for her villainess route.

However, there's one thing that I would love to applaud the author.. And that is the way he/she view the modern world. Spoiler

Many times, in reincarnated story, the modern world is seen as great place, (social equality, women autonomy, education for all, etc etc. But hey... We all know our world isn't really a Utopia. Despite the great development, we also cause destruction. Human being (in general) is still a creature of greed, and the voice of equality, it true that it doesn't really apply to every single human on earth. So, I was amazed when I read her argument in this story
