The premise itself is sort of OK. The biggest problem is the extensive use of meta knowledge. Too extensive. It's not limited to "Ah, this event will happen this way", no this guy has a fairy that tells him roughly the history of other people

It dampens a lot of the 4D chess that aristocratic stories are good in. Yep this girl is good, nope don't do that, yep this is why you should do this

A lot of expositions where the characters stand around and start dumping infos that could've been handled more gracefully. Meanwhile his knowledge from back home allows him to do all sorts of OP stuff.
