The premise is decent of a host that refuses to play into the systems games or do much of anything beyond the bare minimum but forcing two people together with a system is disgusting, horrifying and evil and the books not good enough to overlook that. It was a little funny in the beginning but the system just would not stop holding her Father's health hostage for it's sick love games. I kept reading in the hopes she'd stay strong trying to avoid the things but the authorSpoiler
scrambling her brains via getting yeeted off a balcony to make her interested
