I thoroughly enjoy this book. The pacing may seem slow at times but there's a lot to unpack in each chapter. It shows the dark side of humanity, group think, mob mentality, gaslighting, mental ab*se, but also counteracts that with the genuine kindness of individuals. The characters get well developed personalities, the tension is built up well, small problems are solved nicely, but the underlying conflict keeps the story going. The switch of POV is actually fairly smooth and well done.Spoiler
As for the genius sisters and Nanami - They've secretly manipulated and mentally traumatized Hikaru under the pretext of love, I am interested to see how this comes to light and I hope that Hikaru truly does come to terms with what has happened to him and overcomes his mental trauma. I believe that with the help of heroines around him (minus Nanami and sisters) it can be done.
[collapse]I am looking forward to the further development of all the characters and to see where this dark and beautiful adventure goes
