A nice, sweet, and somewhat quick read. The story doesn't skip or doesn't feel rushed at all compared to other novels that are as short as this one.
MC is beautiful (works as a model part time for money), smart (ranks first in her grade and is a chemistry student), mature, and sometimes acts cute (not in a flirty/funny or charming way like other protagonists but it is often brought up that she has dimples which makes people view her as cute).
FL is mature, aloof, smart, kind, and beautiful. She feels a lot more “cold” imo because we don’t really get a lot of moments or chapters where we get her POV so we don’t know how she truly reacts to the MC, shes the type to mostly hide it or show a calm expression. She feels a bit bland considering how short the novel is so we only get to see moments were MC is trying to get her attention and not much material on her.
The novel doesn't really dwell on the “going back through time” aspect apart from the first few chapters, and instead focuses on the relationship she missed in her first life with the FL. The student-teacher relationship they have is also very innocent, it focuses on the MC’s “crush” on the FL (the scenes they have together in the latter chapters just briefly describes kisses so nothing explicit happens in the novel, though it seems like FL would slightly lead MC in their relationship).
Spoiler on the debt aspect in her life:
Spoiler
she earned quite a bit of money from the stock market because she knew some of the trends in her previous life, and from her job but the “dad leaving her with debt aspect” is a plot hole for me because she did not pay his debts and only gives him a few hundred yuan per month and the story left it at that. Did he not gamble in his second life? He didn't really give her more problems in her second life apart from asking a few hundred yuan once in the first chapter (which he never did again?? Did he not do the stuff he did in her first life). Also, we don't get to see her spend that much money/spending her money at all just says she has a million and is hinted that at least she doesn’t need to save as much or be thrifty but idk; it just feels like they added that in so she could have a reason to commit and jump off in her past life. But I'm giving it the benefit of the doubt since its such a short novel and they didn't really make her the “poor girl” in the latter part of the story anymore so I kinda forgot about that aspect of her by the end

Overall, this is a good read for those who want a short story, with 64 ish chapters the plot and characters are good but we don't get a lot of up and downs so definitely a chill story compared to other works.
