I feel like this is a very good rough draft of a story. I don't mind any of the developments or anything, but the chapter to chapter progression in addition to the constant swapping from first person to third is really jarring. The continuity from chapter to chapter is off disjointed with them not always leading into each other and even though it gives a wide variety of perspectives you don't really get to know any of the characters too well or too in-depth with any of them, leaving it a tad hard to get attached to any of them. Eventually I just got tired and gave up reading anymore.
