Powerful where❓❓❓This novel should be called how the male lead turned me upside even though I said no as a salted fish I liked the ML in the first arc but it all went downhill in the second arc especially after she didn't cry when the coffee burnt her and he kept on pressing on her wound so she could cry just because he was angry because she didn't trust him. And he just kept on pressing on it. Like bro she was a non-exclusive s*x buddy you didn't care about.He kicked out the orgFML and took the fML to a bed in his office and tried forcing himself on her as if she wasn't burnt with two cups of hot coffee on her arms and chest and she said no.He bites (he did the same in the first arc so I think it has significance but bro come on) her in that moment and he says something I'm not sure because I was too annoyed. But she feels like it's her fault since she allowed herself to be burnt and the ML was apprently mad because of that which doesn't make sense since we were told that he was made because she didn't cry and it meant that she didn't trust him😒.Anyway so because his office has a glass wall he can see people outside but they can't see him so it's possible that the fML saw the orgFML coming in and let herself be burnt.My red flag should have been in the beginning of the second arc when he woke her up to have s*x after she said she was tired by just calling her his property because he owns her.Look I get that she's a s*x buddy he's paying for but let's not act like your heart doesn't automatically fall for her because it does. And if he really loved her he wouldn't want to hurt her and after what I found out what he did in the first arc when she accidentally burnt the kitchen I was done.This is why I usually read male protg bxg qt because most of them don't have r*pe and call it love. Because their authors seem to have made them know human decency.Fortunately there a still a few good female protg bxg that are focused on romance that are actually good.I do not recommend this at all.1 star ⭐
