The writing is kind of illogical that it's as if the author got penned right after taking a boulder to the brain. Normally I don't rate novels for their male lead's behavior but for the plot but the male lead's brain was so fried it was like he would be the type to stare at a cup of orange juice for 12 hours because it said "concentrate." His behavior was so ass it ruined the plot like communication was nowhere to be found beyond six meters so is the relationship with his wife. So please don't judge a book by its title and be a dumbass expecting sweet buttercup romance because I'm fine with literal scum gongs but the way this is even written gives the style of the dog blood novel written by a middle schooler, like you can't even enjoy the dogblood the way it's executed poorly.

Rapes MC and ALSO r*ped him in his FEVER, literally threatens him every 48 hours, literally f*cking traumatized him by showing how people can die by pissing him off aka the MC literally had to watch a man being eaten ALIVE in front of him and the ML knows that he's like a kid whose been pampered since birth but dismisses it but like he knows the fact but doesn't acknowledge it. The blatant racism in the novel was shocking too like the MC wishing a clan elder would turn the ML to a black man so he could experience being ugly?? Whyyy
