The Strange Adventure of a Broke Mercenary Chapter 58 Discussion

Honestly this is a fun and good to read story. With a main character that might be more than people think of him, and a combat prowess beyond normal adventurers and meeting his party member Lapis who he frequently gets more indebted to her (literally). And the duo does not hold back sometimes with their similar troublesome when bored habits and similarities and funny differences make it a great duo of main characters.Spoiler

To add to the hilarity he gets fused with the astral body of a loli character and gets her powers of an artificial Lich/Undead King such as an ability that scares people to an extent when need be and a passive presence protection that doesn't bat an eye towards low rank monsters and Lapis being a Demon kin with awesome OP magic blasts and Loren being with her to restrain her when need be.

Seriously these 2 don't always see eye to eye as when Loren doesn't depend on her she is disappointed as she wants him to stay with her by increasing his debt and Loren having to restrain her from using magics and causing chaos with her natural abilities.

And a one sided (at least until later I guess?) crush on Loren from Lapis that might change and he isn't entirely dense to it when she asks him to meet her parents in a recent chapter so

Klaus is also a bad character until he realises his errors and to never mess with either of this tightly knitted duo. But we still know his harem is tired of his womanising actions and Loren and Lapis are not caring at all until Loren gets it from Ange a bit.

And srly it was really nice to see Lapis and Shayna react when Loren is shot with a flirty joke from Feim lol.

All in all I have a reason for loving

this if you dont like it just move onto the next one.
