Initial plot seems to be unnecessarily convoluted: a player transported into what he thought as game world but that character died and regressed back in time as another character. I don't know if MC was acting for himself as the player or considered himself as the first character during first run or fully immersed himself as the second character during the current run. Maybe it is their style but the author didn't bother clarifying much while dropping a line or two of explanations here and there. It can be a good thing but it can also feel like making it up as they go.

Villains were one dimensional and cartoonishly evil. That alone is okay but it is also very hard to buy into MC's actions and power level. All he did was continuous face slapping of higher power opponents without a care for consequences and somehow he kept wining. The system was too Op. It was unbelievable that instead of becoming god-like powerhouse, MC managed to get bad end during the first run of the story mode even with the help of such Op system. The father character was acting like an idiot. The kindest 'head canon' explanation for all is that maybe the father (and every plot progression) was driven by story (God) to be that way?

So if you can forgive those details and like reading face slapping Op MC, this novel can be enjoyable. Who knows? Maybe the author can explain all and bring everything together in later chapters.
