The process of the MC and ML getting together was mostly funny, silly, and sweet but I'm subtracting one star because of the MC's behavior after they got together. Forcing someone to eat something potentially harmful to 'punish' them is not ok. In the first few chapters when the MC and ML were still considered enemies, the Xu Chenghao thought that if he got angry enough, he'd just force Jing Yicheng to eat so much spicy food that he'd get a perforated stomach... ok, ruthless, but he's the enemy. But why the f*ck would you still 'punish him' like that once he's your lover. Making him eat 8 super-spicy peppers every other day? Not ok, man, not ok.
