I got instantly hooked in this novel and binged read in two days. Yes it's that good. The author really knows how to write interesting characters and the plot was very new to me too. It was very satisfying to see how MC and her family got rich through demolition, VERY SATISFYING. Our MC Chen Jin is one heck of a character. She's smart, funny, clear headed and most importantly she can curse people to death. It was hilarious reading how "troublemaker Jin" take down annoying people.Another thing I like about this novel is that there are no annoying mini villains that seem to hate the MC just for existing. There are some minor antagonists but they aren't given a prominent place in the story. Instead the author shows the complexities of human nature revealed due to various circumstances.I love the ML too. It wasn't love at first sight for them as it's a very slow burn romance but nonetheless a heartwarming relationship that makes me feel giddy. What attracted the attention of ML is Chen Jin's vibrant personality and they both are drawn to gossip lol. Match made in heaven.If you like a strong funny FL who gets rich daily while eating melons plus with lovely family members (love her chaotic cousins) and a supportive ML who share similar hobbies *ahem ahem I highly recommend this for you. Trust me it's worth it.
