haha damn!  expected that arc to drag on for a while but wow, two chapters and it's a wrap!  reckon Alita and dog boss will get along like peas in a pod now

Zapan estaba tan aterrado que no pudo hacerle nada a Gally durante la canción. Espero que sea el fin de ese tipo. Me agrada Murdock y sus perros. Gally está más bella cada capítulo.

Volume 5 starts out with a bang. Finally, we are about to get to know more about Death Nova. And I knew Zapan would make an appearance again in the story, looks like he has seen better days. In the beginning of the chapter, I thought there was a major timeskip and Sarah was Alita XD. I think Zapan chose a girl who looks like Alita because he might be obsessed with her? (or idk it could just be the artstyle).

We are introduced to the dog master, Murdock, who is one of the greatest and most famous hunter warriors. He is also Sarah's father and has been hunting Zapan down for killing his daughter. He wants his revenge and will stop at nothing to get it. We also get to see some robot dogs, which are pretty awesome.

The dogs end up finding Zapan, but Alita finds him first. Murdock doesn't want her to interfere, but Alita asks him for a chance to talk to Zapan. Alita says Zapan can have his revenge while she plays a song, but in the end, he was too coward to do anything to her and falls down. Then the dogs tear him apart in brutal fashion, so hopefully he's dead this time. It really seems so. Murdock has regained his daughters head and is finally able to start finding peace.
