it was really good imo! It does use cliche and common tropes like person transmigrating into a villain and falling in love w a character. But I liked it! The romance was VERY slow burn, they got together in like chapter 95/100. I loved the romance alot, they had genuine chemistry that made my heart flutter! I really loved how human the characters were and how they rose up from the bottom. It also has the trope of faking a death and running away which I love hehe. I really liked the aspect of medicine in this story. It was honestly pretty indepth and it was interesting as a pre-med student. The ML honestly treated the MC really well too, even though he was betrayed. I do have to say it’s a little boring in the beginning and progresses slow. I also wasnt a fan of their ‘age gap’ its not a big one but it was like 5ish years. But the ML was 15 in the beginning so it was a bit odd. But they only kiss later when the ML was 18ish and they officially get together when hes in his early 20s so. There were quite alot of time skips and im not a fan of that. But regardless this was a fun read
