Kinda mediocre.

The three blues were fairly obvious right in the beginning they’re gonna fall for MC with all the “glanced at Di Xingchen for fairly few seconds” yada-yada. But I think all 6 of them with diff personalities and experience in life falling for him romantically was really stretching it. I think some of them should have only been impressed/attracted to him platonically, like ‘I want that guy as my friend’ or smn.

But skipping that point, not to sh*t on MC or anything but he wasn’t all that very special-special. He’s definitely a school crushie with his nice and proactive personality, beautiful face, and refreshing smile. (+Talented dancer) But all 6 of them being totally whipped on him for what? 1 week? Maybe 2? Nah. He’s not that much of a heart stealer. (Also it’s annoying that apparently “he’s the best dancer” although he doesn’t have the best skills “he’s got the best looks” 🙄) Honestly the only people I find reasonable that fell for him is Pei Xu, Yan Zhi, and maybe Wen Nuo.

For Wen Nuo, he’s a kindred, same standing, WN is insecure and he takes care of WN.

For Yan Zhi, he left a good impression when YZ saw him dance at school and gave an even better impression when YZ saw him again.

And for Pei Xu, cause PX isn’t very emotionally mature, seldom get involved with people, seldom get approached without ulterior motive; so he can be moved by this sunshine boi.

Let’s be honest, Huo Cheng’s more on lust or smn and Hu Yi’s seems whimsical. ‘Cause first, HY is very experienced in relationships so I can’t believe that he really fell that hard on such a green DXC. Second, they spent a lot of time together + the pink atmosphere in the love variety show may have tweaked some feelings but I can’t be convinced it’s real.

Duan’s I don’t even know. Duan got caught with the atmosphere? Everyone’s fighting so hard for him Duan got infected with their fighting spirit or smn?

Anyway, so I was curious how would he react once he knew everyone’s fallen for him but it just got dull. From being a proactive ball of sunshine, he became very subdued and passive. Where has his personality gone? Where’s the sunshine? He became so dim and dull and everything’s dull. I gripped my teeth wanting to read to the end but it’s so dull I made a whole basket out of paper scraps instead.
